Proof of Purchase
To qualify for warranty service, you must present:
• The original purchase receipt showing the date of purchase, and
• The Djtown warranty card duly stamped by Djtown.
Failure to provide these documents may result in standard repair/service charges, even if the product is within the warranty period
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a continuous period of 6 months from the date of purchase as stated on the receipt.
Warranty Territory
This warranty is valid only within the territory of Sri Lanka and applies to products purchased through Djtown.
Non-Transferable Warranty
The warranty is issued to the original purchaser only and is not transferable or exchangeable for any other benefit.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accident, or negligence.
• Damage from exposure to moisture, liquids, sunlight, excessive heat, or dust.
• Power surges, improper voltage, or the use of incompatible accessories.
• Cosmetic issues such as scratches, fading, or normal wear and tear.
• Loss of settings, data, or sounds during repair/service.
• Accessories such as cables, microphones, stands, batteries, etc.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
• Warranty does not cover consumables such as faders, jog wheels, and all control switches.
Service Policy
Products must be delivered to Djtown at the customer’s cost and risk.
• Warranty repair does not extend the original warranty period.
• In certain cases, Djtown may choose to replace the product with an equivalent or upgraded model instead of repairing it.
• Replacement units will continue to carry the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Exclusions
This warranty is void if:
• The product’s serial number is altered, removed, or defaced.
• The warranty card or purchase receipt shows signs of tampering or falsification.
• The product has been opened or repaired by unauthorized persons.
• The warranty sticker is damaged, missing, altered, or does not match the original sticker recorded in the shop’s records.
Limitation of Liability
Djtown shall not be liable for:
• Any delay or inability to perform repairs due to parts unavailability or external causes beyond our control.
• Any indirect or consequential losses (including loss of data, income, or use of equipment)
